Refund Policy

At AU Bargin, to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer extensive 30 day returns on most of our products. If you need to return it for any reasons, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or a refund. Some exceptions apply*Including but not limited to wear and tear parts, and items with hygienic concerns like pillows or bedding products.

All returns must come back in unused, undamaged, re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the costs and safe return of the product(s). Restocking fees of 25% are applicable.

Please note that pre-orders and special custom orders can not be canceled or returned after the order has been placed to the manufacturer.
