How to Wear the Belt:
- Position the Sacroiliac Belt just above the leg bones that protrude from the sides of your hips and just below the hip bones
- Securely close the belt around your hips.
- Pull the two elastic bands around towards the front.
- To ensure the best fit, always put on the belt in this manner. Avoid over-tightening to prevent increased pressure and discomfort.
- Properly used, the belt stabilizes the joint while allowing 'normal' motion.
